At Line and Waves, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, with dedicated time, preparation, and care to ensure the highest standard of results. In order to maintain this level of service, the following policies are in place: Reservations & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service. Rescheduling Should you need to adjust your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment time. Late Cancellations Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Same-Day Cancellations & Missed Appointments Due to the extended time reserved and the limited availability of each appointment, same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service. Future reservations may require full prepayment. Arrival Time To preserve the quality and flow of your experience, I ask that you arrive promptly. Arrivals more than 15 minutes latemay require rescheduling and may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Consideration I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the case of a genuine emergency, discretion may be applied on a one-time basis.
